Job summary

We’re looking for an HR professional to join our team in Cincinnati and provide support across a variety of HR programs and activities. You’ll partner with HR Generalists, gain hands-on experience with HR systems, leaves of absence, time tracking, exit interviews, and HR administration, and assist with the development and execution of HR programs.

Qualifications

1–3 years of HR, administrative, or related professional experience — or relevant HR-focused education.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Enjoy solving problems and working with data.
Communicate professionally and build strong relationships.
Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
Are eager to learn, grow, and develop your HR career.

Responsibilities

Partner with and support multiple HR Generalists.
Gain hands-on experience with HR systems, leaves of absence, time tracking, exit interviews, and HR administration.
Assist with the development and execution of HR programs.
Conduct research, analyze information, and identify opportunities to improve HR programs and processes.
Build relationships across HR, Benefits, and the broader organization.
Manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information.
