Job summary

Developmental Foundations (DFI) in Charleston, IL, seeks a dedicated supervisor to lead daily operations of CILA homes for adults with developmental disabilities. You will guide a team of Direct Support Persons and ensure individuals receive support to live independently in the community.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in human services, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in human services.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential group homes for adults with developmental disabilities (CILAs).
• Provide support to individuals to live as independently as possible within their community.
• Hire, schedule, lead and mentor Direct Support Persons (DSPs).
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure regulatory compliance.
