Job summary
Developmental Foundations is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) in Decatur, IL, to oversee care plans and support adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
You will work with a team including CILA supervisors, nursing, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality clinical services, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining compassionate, person-centered care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Oversee plans of care for adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
- Assist adults with developmental disabilities with daily living and behavioral support.
- Collaborate with CILA supervisors, nursing, and clinical staff to maintain high-quality clinical services while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
