Job summary

Ray Graham Association is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead and oversee 2–4 CILA homes, supporting up to 16 individuals with IDD. The role includes supervising DSPs, ensuring person-centered services, and aligning with regulatory standards across multiple sites.

The position requires strong leadership, 3+ years in direct support and supervisory roles, and experience with electronic documentation systems. Travel between homes is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience providing direct support services to people with IDD.
• Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with person-centered service models.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and accountability for DSP team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, observations, coaching sessions, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, certification, and professional development of team members.
• Maintain staffing coverage and respond to operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Promote professionalism, respect, accountability, and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with coordinators, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality services.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant residential environments.
