Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel seeks a House Attendant to maintain public areas and support housekeeping operations. This full-time, non-exempt role includes a split shift (Swing and Grave) with weekends required, starting at $21.91/hr and eligible for increases based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities include public area maintenance, assisting room attendants, stocking supplies, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Previous experience in a cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping role.

Responsibilities

• Public Area Maintenance: maintain cleanliness and order in lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and conference rooms.
• Support Room Attendants: assist with transporting linens, supplies and trash.
• Supply Management: replenish housekeeping supplies and organize storerooms.
• Guest Interaction: provide courteous service and address guest requests.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety and sanitation policies and report issues.
• Special Projects: participate in seasonal deep cleaning and event-space prep.
• Team Collaboration: work with hotel staff to ensure timely turnover of rooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
