Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional accounting/finance/business education preferred.
• Prior banking, accounting, or office operations experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and review customer information within the core banking system.
• Verify, identify and resolve duplicate CIF records, and review CIF maintenance for accuracy and completeness.
• Process customer information changes and account maintenance requests.
• Research and process new account opening documentation, including account agreements, customer identification, and new account specialized documentation.
• Perform routine account maintenance to ensure accuracy across customer accounts; process address changes, phone numbers, and account type changes.
• Handle inquiries related to account activity and opening processes with clear communication.
• Must show professionalism, consistency, and collaboration with internal team members.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines, following bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
