• Verify, identify and resolve duplicate CIF records, and review CIF maintenance for accuracy
• Process customer information changes and account maintenance requests
• Research and process new account opening documentation, including identification and agreements
• Perform routine account maintenance to ensure accuracy across customer accounts
• Handle inquiries related to account activity and opening processes
• Follow bank policies and work with the team to meet deadlines
