Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a motivated Co-op/Intern for the Critical Infrastructure Communications team in Rochester, NY. You will gain hands-on experience developing automated tests, building test environments, and scripting with Python and Robot Framework while tackling real engineering challenges for industrial communications equipment.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other equivalent software degree.
• Enrolled in a full time matriculated and nationally accredited program.
• Completed at least two full years of college.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand documentation and engineering specifications.
• Create and configure test environments including Robot Framework, LabVIEW, Selenium, etc.
• Report product defects into Jira.
