Job summary

Madison-Davis is seeking a Managing Director to lead a dedicated front-office Corporate & Investment Banking search practice. You will own strategy, client development, and execution, building a scalable team around your relationships in the CIB market.

You will nurture senior client relationships across banks and financial institutions, define go-to-market plans, and drive long-term growth with the backing of an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Corporate & Investment Banking recruiting or front-office financial services search.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a front-office Corporate & Investment Banking search practice.
• Develop new client relationships across investment banks, commercial banks, and other sell-side financial institutions.
• Lead searches across investment banking, corporate banking, capital markets, credit, and related front-office functions.
• Partner with senior leadership to define the go-to-market strategy and long-term growth plan.
• Manage and expand existing relationships across the Madison-Davis client base.
• Establish yourself as a visible, credible leader within the CIB search market.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team as the practice grows.
• Maintain personal production while building a scalable business around you.
