Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Certifications such as: Ping Identity/Transmit Security certifications, CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus.
• Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable CIAM solutions to support our CIAM infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access‑related issues and incidents efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design and implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Participating in end‑to‑end CIAM engagements from requirements to deployment.
• Configuring CIAM capabilities across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Translating requirements into scalable identity solutions and developing docs, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and vendor teams to drive milestones and build client relationships.
• Leading projects or workstreams and managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Ensuring secure and scalable IAM integrations and adhering to best practices.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, WS‑Fed).
• Documenting configurations, processes, and procedures for maintenance.
