Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a CIAM Delivery Engineer to support the implementation and onboarding of customer-facing apps on CIAM platforms like Ping Identity and Strivacity. You will design authentication, authorization, and registration journeys, configure CIAM services, and collaborate with security and application teams to ensure secure, scalable identities and a smooth user experience.

The role covers SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML integrations, plus REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Strivacity tenant configuration, authentication and journey design, and application onboarding.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
