You will configure Ping Identity and Strivacity, onboard applications, and implement SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML. The role focuses on secure, scalable user experiences and seamless integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, SCIM.
• Experience integrating apps via REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design API and journey configurations for CIAM.
• Configure CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and Strivacity.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based apps to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password, and profile journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues.
• Collaborate with application, security teams, and architects to deliver identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades and operations.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
