Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating apps via REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiar with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Delivery Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled CIAM Delivery Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, and onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role involves designing and supporting authentication, authorization, federation, and customer registration solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Strivacity tenant configuration, authentication and journey design, and application onboarding.


• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.


• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.


• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.


• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.


• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.


• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.


• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.


• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.

Required Skills:

• 3-7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.


• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.

Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
