Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Phoenix seeks a skilled CIAM Delivery Engineer to support onboarding of customer-facing apps onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role requires hands-on experience with CIAM platforms, strong troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Strivacity tenant configuration, authentication and journey design, and application onboarding.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.

We are seeking a skilled CIAM Delivery Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, and onboarding of customer‑facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role involves designing and supporting authentication, authorization, federation, and customer registration solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Strivacity tenant configuration, authentication and journey design, and application onboarding.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.

Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
