Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a skilled CIAM Developer to support implementation, configuration, and onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. You will design authentication, authorization, and registration solutions with a focus on security and user experience.

Responsibilities include API and journey development, onboarding of apps to CIAM services, and implementing SSO, MFA, and identity protocols.

Qualifications

3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity.
Proficient in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

API and journey development, custom event hooks, and integration support.
Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
