Job summary

State of Connecticut is seeking a Customer Identity and Access Management Specialist (Information Technology Analyst 1) in Hartford, CT. Hybrid work arrangement and duties span CIAM platform support, identity integrations, and security improvements as part of the Digital Modernization initiative.

You will collaborate with EAS and DAS to support ForgeRock CIAM, perform onboarding for new applications, and assist development teams with enhancements while following change management and best

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in information technology (IT) operations support.
• Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been performing basic technical support work.
• Experience with help desk functions and maintaining basic computer hardware and software.
• Substitutions allowed include college training or a Master's degree in MIS/CS for experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to calls, email and personnel requests for technical support; tracks status of problems.
• Resolves simple to moderate problems by providing hardware and software support.
• Prepares production schedules and analyzes production control problems.
• Maintains and enhances existing programs and documents system changes.
• Coordinates installation of and maintains network components and hardware.
