Farm Credit East is seeking a Customer Identity and Access Management Specialist to lead CIAM efforts, authentication, and policy governance for secure staff access. You will define identity sources, lifecycle states, and integration with enterprise apps, ensuring least-privilege access and privacy-aware design.

The role requires 5+ years in IAM/CIAM, a relevant degree, and preferred certifications. Hybrid work options apply after two weeks, with a salary range of $85,000–$105,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of IAM/CIAM or related experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering customer authentication or fine-grained authorization.
• Financial-services or regulated industry experience preferred.
• CIAM, CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Hybrid work options after two weeks of employment

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements analysis for signup, login, MFA, account recovery, linking and profile management.
• Define identity sources, identifiers, correlation and lifecycle states needed before authorization design.
• Translate journeys into CIAM requirements and managed delivery backlog.
• Collaborate with digital portal, Salesforce FSC, nCino, integration, data, privacy, and support teams to enable secure access.
• Balance security, privacy, accessibility, and user experience when evaluating controls.
