Job summary

Cencora is seeking a CIAM-focused professional to configure and maintain enterprise identity platforms and secure customer access across digital experiences.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle workflows, ensuring secure authentication and authorization for customer-facing applications while supporting platform upgrades and security assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years in Identity and Access Management, CIAM, or related roles.
• Experience with CIAM solutions (Okta, Auth0, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra).
• Knowledge of IAM protocols: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, REST APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Scripting or automation like JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise CIAM platforms for secure auth services.
• Support registration, profile, consent management, and identity lifecycles across channels.
• Implement and manage SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and federation.
