Job summary

Ztek Consulting INC is seeking a skilled CIAM Developer to design, implement, and support customer identity solutions for applications using Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role focuses on authentication, authorization, and registration flows with emphasis on security, scalability, and user experience.

You will work across API journeys, SSO/MFA integrations, and onboarding of web/mobile/API apps while collaborating with security and application teams to deliver robust identity services.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, SCIM.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Develop API and journey integrations, including event hooks and onboarding.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions on Ping Identity and Strivacity.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API apps to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML integrations.
• Build and maintain registration, login, password, and profile journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues.
• Collaborate with application, security, and architecture teams.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades and operations.
• Create technical docs, onboarding guides, and standards.

Job Role: Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ/ Dallas, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CIAM Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role involves designing and supporting authentication, authorization, federation, and customer registration solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for API and journey development, custom event hooks, and integration support.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.

Required Skills:

• 3 7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ping Identity certifications.
• Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services
