SFE is seeking a skilled CIAM Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role focuses on designing secure authentication, authorization, and registration flows that scale and deliver an optimal user experience.

You will collaborate with application, security, and architecture teams to implement SSO, MFA, and modern identity protocols while ensuring reliability and governance

Formación

• 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop APIs and journeys, implement custom event hooks, and provide integration support.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based apps to enterprise CIAM services.

• Develop and maintain registration, login, password, and profile journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues.
• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operations.
• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.

Job Description

Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Developer

We are seeking a skilled CIAM Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role involves designing and supporting authentication, authorization, federation, and customer registration solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for API and journey development, custom event hooks, and integration support.


• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.


• Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.


• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations.


• Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys.


• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues.


• Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.


• Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities.


• Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards.
