Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Massillon, OH, is hiring a Continuous Improvement Lead to deploy KHMS methodologies and drive OEE improvements across the process area. You will coach operators and maintenance staff, define 5W-1H triggers, and lead problem solving to eliminate losses.

The role requires training, health checks, and standard deployment across 24-hour operations, with a day shift primary schedule and flexibility to cover all shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• KHMS problem solving, 5Why, and 5W-1H are used to drive loss elimination.
• 5S, Centerline, Defect Handling, and Breakdown Elimination are part of daily deployment.
• Ability to train and coach operators and maintenance on KHMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Operators, Team Leaders, and Maintenance on KHMS Problem Solving and 5W-1H triggers.
• Define triggers based on downtime and drive use of 5Why and root-cause analysis.
• Support 5S implementation, daily audits, and KHMS standard updates across shifts.
• Contribute to Daily Performance Meetings and prioritize root-cause fixes.
• Collaborate with CI Manager and Plant Manager to sustain improvements.
