Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Lowville, NY is seeking a production supervisor focused on continuous improvement. You will own results for clean inspect and lube, centerline management, 5S, and Oscar scrap elimination, and lead daily PDCA and Level 2 meetings.

You will develop countermeasures, coach teams in CIL, CLM, and SAP-based tooling, participate in audits, safety, and QA, and be flexible to work all shifts, including overtime.

Qualifications

• A High school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for this role.
• Qualifications to be considered include attendance, prior experience and/or education and past job performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates line loss analysis and throughput improvement plans.
• Leads transformation analysis and centerline definition and standard development.
• Analyzes daily and shift line data to identify loss elimination opportunities.
• Participates in internal audits, food safety committee, and sanitary design team.
• Gathers information on stops, centerlines and changeovers from the floor.
• Investigates initial root causes of top stops and develops daily plans for ownership areas.
• Attends Level 2 and DDS meetings; discusses top stops and root causes.
• Establishes countermeasures for outages and ensures centerline completion.
• Collaborates with Process Owner and Maintenance Lead to address sporadic losses.
• Leads universal problem solving to eliminate chronic losses; manages centerline and QDM systems.
• Complies with GMP, housekeeping and QRMP SOPs; assists in QRMP implementation and trains new associates.
• Flexibility to work across shifts and pursue Centerline Management System and Green Belt qualifications.
