JetBrains is seeking a Support Engineer for TeamCity to help keep developer tools running reliably across diverse tech stacks. You will diagnose complex issues, own incoming cases, and provide working resolutions or escalations for our global community in American-timezone hours.

Work involves identifying root causes, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams, and publishing effective workarounds or fixes.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English communication and ability to work in American time zones.
• Experience troubleshooting web servers and Java-based environments (Tomcat).
• Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
• Hands-on experience with version control and hosting platforms (Git, Perforce, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with build automation tools (Gradle, Maven, .NET build systems).
• Understanding containerized environments or cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).

• Identify whether issues stem from product, infrastructure, or third-party integrations.
• Provide workarounds, submit bug reports, or elevate issues to development.
• Capture insights and publish solutions following Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) principles.
