Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven competency to deliver introductory training and co-facilitate kaizen events.
• Proficient in CI and Lean Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of CI goals and strategies for the operation and support functions.
• Lead or co-facilitate CI workshops and deploy improvement solutions.
• Coordinate training for CI for Employees and Leadership.
• Work with area owners to develop CI activities and adopt best practices.
• Participate in site gemba and CI Committee activities.
• Strive toward Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
