Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and cook traditional Brazilian churrasco cuts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work at a quick pace.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian churrasco recipes.
• Season and grill food according to prescribed traditional method and guests' requests.
• Portion, garnish and present to patrons in gaucho style.
• Respond to guests' questions about churrasco cuisine and culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of grill area and equipment.
• Complete opening or closing shift duties as assigned.
