Job summary

Foxelli Group is seeking a Churn Specialist for its craft subscription brands. You will analyze churn across multiple Foxelli brands, map customer journeys, and drive retention using data, experiments, and AI-driven automations.

This 100% remote role lets you work with teams across products and brands to reduce churn and optimize onboarding and win-back strategies. This position values curiosity, experimentation, and a customer-first mindset, enabling you to impact retention at scale while

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct churn experience with physical products
• Ability to diagnose churn root causes, not just report
• Experience with cohort analysis, funnels, and CRO tests
• Hands-on with onboarding optimisation or customer journey mapping
• Experience building automations and triggered flows
• Able to present data-driven POV to senior stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple products/brands
• Proficient with AI tools to generate insights and automate workflows

Responsibilities

• Analyse churn patterns across Foxelli brands and identify at-risk segments
• Research competitors to benchmark retention
• Use AI tools to surface insights and patterns
• Audit the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term engagement
• Identify drop-off moments and gaps to improve activation
• Develop hypotheses and run lifecycle experiments
• Build and maintain retention automations and win-back campaigns
• Track impact of initiatives and iterate based on results
