Lifeway is seeking an Account Executive to grow within a remote territory (DC, MD, VA). You will own prospecting to close, building ministry-focused partnerships with church leaders and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions.

The role emphasizes mission-driven sales, annual revenue targets, and regular travel within the territory, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling value-based products or services.
• Proven cold calling skills with ability to initiate conversations.
• Experience with inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
• Track record in outside or field sales, building relationships and closing deals.
• Excellent oral and written communication across leadership levels.
• Consultative selling approach to assess needs and tailor solutions.
• Self-motivated with a history of individual and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan with sales leadership.
• Prospect and qualify church accounts using inbound/outbound strategies.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close, meet targets.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts grounded in pipeline.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with leadership.
• Provide feedback on materials and processes to improve the team.
