Lifeway is hiring a Remote Outbound Church Sales Specialist to identify new church opportunities and foster relationships with existing churches, expanding Lifeway resources to meet ministry needs. Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; consultative selling approach.
• 1+ years of direct sales experience; ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with church accounts via outbound calls, email, and video meetings.
• Develop territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify church needs and match Lifeway resources to their ministry priorities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and report progress regularly.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Outbound Field teams to expand reach.
