Job summary

LifeWay Christian Resources is seeking an Account Executive to grow our church territory through consultative, relationship-first sales. You will own DC, MD, and VA accounts, prospect to close, and serve as a trusted ministry partner to church leaders while aligning Lifeway resources with congregational needs.

This remotely based role requires regular travel within the territory and a strong faith-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling value-based products or services.
• Proven cold calling skills with a track record of building rapport and initiating meaningful conversations.
• Experience with inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan.
• Prospect and qualify church accounts.
• Build trust-based relationships with church stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
