Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow the facilities maintenance schedule to guide daily tasks.
• Record and report completed repairs and items needing attention.
• Perform repairs/maintenance to campus facilities, equipment, and outdoor areas.
• Clean and maintain parking areas, sidewalks, and walkways.
• Routinely inspect campus with supervisor to identify corrective actions.
