Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal finishing is a plus.
• 3+ years in chrome plating or related metal finishing; 1+ year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of plating processes, equipment operation, and safety/environmental regulations.
• Proven team leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop talent.
• Technical troubleshooting aptitude with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with production management or ERP/MRP systems preferred.

• Oversee daily chrome plating operations with focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Coach and mentor technicians to build a high-performing team.
• Plan and sequence work using ERP/MRP tools to hit commitments and optimize workflow.
