Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in metal finishing is a plus.
• 3+ years in chrome plating or related metal finishing; 1+ year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of plating processes, equipment operation, and safety/environmental regulations.
• Proven team leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop talent.
• Technical troubleshooting aptitude with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with production management or ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Step Into a Day Leading Hard Chrome ExcellenceBased in Houston, TX 77087, you’ll guide a team of plating technicians through a full production cycle—from pre-shift safety checks to final quality sign‑offs. You’ll balance throughput with precision, keep tanks and tooling at peak condition, and ensure every part meets stringent specifications.
