Qualifications

• Experience meeting throughput and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team understands requirements and is trained.
• Verify painted parts meet specs and work instructions.
• Drive on-time completion of work orders.
• Meet monthly efficiency targets.
• Meet monthly scrap targets.
• Maintain safe painting operations per SINTEL and OSHA.
• Conduct periodic employee performance reviews.
