Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Meets all state minimum standards for Early Childhood Assistant Teacher.
• Previous licensed child care experience is preferred but not required.

• Background check is required and supports safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom following licensing and CACFP requirements.
• Partner with Lead Teacher to ensure smooth daily operations and a joyful classroom culture.
• Communicate proactively with staff regarding classroom needs and updates.
• Assist in other classrooms or academy-wide needs when requested.
• Participate in staff meetings and required trainings.
