Working with Lead Teachers and the Academy Leadership, you will help maintain a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment aligned with Lionheart’s mission.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and professional growth in early childhood education and ministry, with duties across classroom support, family engagement, and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintains sight-and-sound supervision and adheres to licensing and safety standards.
• Assists with classroom activities and routines.
• Supports positive family interactions and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, supervision, and facilitation of classroom learning centers and routines.
• Partner with Lead Teacher to maintain a joyful, unified classroom culture.
• Communicate proactively with staff regarding classroom needs and updates.
• Assist with staff meetings, trainings, and academy events.
• Greet families and maintain Christ-centered relationships.
• Provide basic daily communications as requested by the Lead Teacher.
• Support housekeeping tasks and restocking supplies.
• Uphold Lionheart’s policies, mission, and safety standards.
