Qualifications

• Maintains sight-and-sound supervision and adheres to licensing and CACFP requirements.
• Supports classroom activities and routines with Lead Teacher.
• Builds nurturing, spiritually encouraging relationships with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, supervision, and facilitation of learning centers and routines.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher to maintain a joyful classroom culture.
• Communicate needs and updates to staff regarding children and support.
• Support classroom housekeeping tasks and prep for academy events.
• Participate in staff meetings and required trainings.
