Qualifications

• Proven sales background required.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales plans and contribute to district sales targets.
• Supervise staff to ensure sales goals and standards are achieved; model Lindt standards.
• Assist with training staff on sales techniques and product knowledge; ensure brand representation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store management to prevent under/overstock.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain excellent customer service.
• Escalate issues to Store Management in a professional and timely manner.
