Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking an Operator II to support safe, efficient manufacturing, handling materials, production, packaging and inventory control.

You will ensure product quality, food safety, and accurate documentation across the full production lifecycle from receiving to shipping. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires basic equipment operation, SAP experience, and strong inventory discipline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills preferred. SAP and Microsoft Office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support material handling, production, packaging, and inventory control.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, and documentation throughout production.
• Troubleshoot processes and support cross-functional teams.
• Operate and monitor equipment per production schedules and recipes.
• Record data in SAP and maintain logs and COAs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance as needed.
