Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking an Operator II for our Kentucky manufacturing site. You will support safe, efficient production, handling raw materials to finished goods, with emphasis on quality, documentation, and compliance. Expected to work with SAP and daily production routines.

The role requires basic equipment operation, attention to CCPs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand, read, and communicate in English.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.
• Basic equipment operation knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment per production schedules and recipe specifications.
• Perform product sampling and quality testing (FFA, pH, moisture, fat content, fineness, and color) and adjust as needed.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain accurate quality, food safety, and production documentation.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams and provide backup support for Operator III.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.
