Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a Machine Operator for the Sticks & Squares line on the 3rd shift at our Stratham, NH facility. You will set up and operate packaging and production machinery, ensuring daily output targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will participate in basic maintenance, monitor line performance, and help with documentation and downtime logging. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work a night shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
