Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machine(s) to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machine performance and report quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and downtime records.
• Attend daily and weekly technical meetings to discuss productivity and safety.
