Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma
• Strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to meet rotational shift changes, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machines to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiency.
• Monitor machine and material flow to ensure quality standards; report problems promptly.
• Perform simple preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Log production run data and downtime in the computer system.
