Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) is seeking a Junior Technician to read coating recipes, produce bulk and finished coating, and follow GMP/HACCP and safety procedures. The role requires flexibility to multi-task and maintain a team attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of complex industrial experience (machine operation, troubleshooting, multi-tasking).
• Food manufacturing experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read recipes and add ingredients to mixer or bulk tank.
• Collect and test product samples during production.
• Operate packaging equipment and ensure product meets standards.
• Maintain sanitation and clean equipment and facilities.
• Trains and certifies in duties; supports maintenance as needed.
