Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate (CQC) is a world-class chocolate manufacturer seeking a Warehouse Technician for night shifts in Milton, WI. The role focuses on processing inbound/outbound orders, staging materials for production, and maintaining accurate inventory using a WMS system.

Starting pay is $25/hour with a $3/hour night differential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial warehouse experience including forklift operation, WMS, and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, Microsoft D365, Plant Control Systems, and Label Management helpful.
• Previous forklift/spotter truck experience would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders and stage ingredients and finished goods.
• Inventory management and accurate recording of material handling transactions.
• Support inbound/outbound appointment management and other distribution tasks.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain safety and quality procedures.
• Provide teamwork and flexible coverage, including breaks and cross-training.
