Job summary

Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. in Watertown, WI is seeking a Utility Technician (Production Worker) to operate packaging equipment, mix ingredients, and maintain GMP/HACCP standards in a state-of-the-art facility.

This full-time role offers a nights shift at $29.50/hour or days at $26.50/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and built-in overtime. You will work a 4-day week schedule, use the plant control systems, and contribute to safety and quality meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Navision, and plant control systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Read recipe and add ingredients to mixer or bulk tank using the plant control system.
• Operate packaging machinery to ensure product meets standards and complete paperwork.
• Set up, tear down, and clean tanks, pipes, and equipment.
