Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers. You will apply product knowledge and Lindt selling skills to help meet sales goals while maintaining impeccable store presentation.

The role requires weekend/night availability, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and High School graduate status. Compensation ranges hourly and includes in-store responsibilities and promotional support.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred in a specialty environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as part of store duties.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and in-store product knowledge.
• Contribute to achievement of weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Uphold Lindt selling standards and participate in promotions.
• Monitor shelf stock, pricing, date codes and store presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to quality procedures.
