Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, IMJT, and rehab within Life Time facilities. The role emphasizes 30‑minute 1:1 visits, a cash‑based model, and building a patient base with strong marketing and outreach on the fitness floor.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with incentives that can push total cash compensation beyond $150,000 annually. Expect 50+ hour work weeks including Saturday mornings, with extensive training and relocation potential as the company expands to

Qualifications

• Licensed chiropractor with hands‑on experience in adjustments, IMJT, and rehab.

We are currently hiring for our December training cohort, which will include one week of paid onsite training in Minnesota.

LifeClinic Summary

Practice Model

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
