Job summary

Life Time is seeking a licensed chiropractor to provide adjustments, IMJT, and rehab inside Life Time facilities in Massachusetts. The role features cash-based sessions and a 50-hour work week, including Saturday mornings, with flexible scheduling to build a strong patient base.

You will engage with members on the fitness floor, present personalized care plans, and deliver high-quality care using Life Time processes to support patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed chiropractor in good standing.
• Experience with IMJT and rehab exercises.
• Ability to promote services and present care plans.
• Willingness to work weekends and promote sessions.

At LifeClinic, our mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. We’re already in 75 locations and on track for 200.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions — avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $95,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 per year

• Selling — getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan — includes presenting financial care plans to patients

• Excited about base performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50 hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations — usually takes 6 months

++Job Duties/Responsibilities++

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
