Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a chiropractor for LifeClinic within Life Time facilities to restore, maintain, and optimize function.

You’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises in a 50+ hour week, including Saturday mornings, with a cash-based model and clear revenue targets. You’ll drive patient acquisition, present care plans, manage scheduling, and deliver exceptional care using Life Clinic processes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation; manage scheduling and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $85,000 and pays up to $95,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

• Selling– getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan – includes presenting financial care plans to patients

What it takes to succeed:

• Excited about base + performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months
• Committed to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique)
• Excellence with patient communication
