Job summary

Life Time is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. This role emphasizes a 1:1 patient focus, a cash-based model, and a strong performance-driven pay structure. Expect extensive training and a pathway to higher earnings through performance metrics.

The position requires clinic hours, weekend availability, and active patient outreach to grow the client base while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote services and convert consultations into ongoing care.
• Comfort promoting services and presenting financial care plans to patients.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software; efficient documentation and scheduling.
• Balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes, manage scheduling and patient communications.

Job description

At LifeClinic, our mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. We’re already in 75+ locations and on track for 200.

Practice Model

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

• Excited about base + performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months
• Committed to marketing (i.e. demos of our soft tissue technique)

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
